WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Items that have been damaged in shipping are eligible to be returned or exchanged for the same item within 30 days of purchase. Items that are otherwise damaged will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Refunds can be issued before product shipment, however, if products have shipped refunds will be on a case by case basis.
WHAT IS OUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Processing times at the moment are between 1-2 weeks. As packages are mostly made to order they will try to be mailed within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase.
